A 50 Acre Industrial Site in Delta, Utah
ARES owns a 50-acre industrial site situated directly on the TransAmerica Trail in Delta, Utah. Utah is ranked among the world’s most attractive jurisdictions for mining investment, which is driven by both its geologic potential and supportive policy environment.
The industrial site it positioned directly on the road - ideal for transportation of our fluorspar products. It also benefits from a nearby rail spur, a nearby power plant and a fantastic local community full of experienced miners and willing apprentices.
The on-site warehousing provide storage for our plant and equipment, on-site offices and is the operational base for all company production.
2 Processing Plants
ARES' 50-acre industrial site will house 2 processing plants.
Flotation Plant
The Flotation Plant will produce acidspar, a high-purity fluorspar product of 97%+ CaF2 predominantly used in the production of Hydrofluoric Acid. The plant has been purchased and is currently under construction. It is anticipated that the Flotation Plant will be operational in early 2027.
Our Heavy Machinery
ARES Strategic Mining has acquired the necessary heavy machinery and mining equipment, including a full range of loaders, dozers, excavators, dump trucks and much more.
Rather than relying purely on external contractors, our direct procurement strategy and shipping of machinery containers continues to support construction, and all future production.
