A Working Collective
At Ares Strategic Mining, our experienced team consists of our management team, our construction team on site in Utah, the Board of Directors, and an Investor Relations team.
We are on a mission to be North America's premier fluorspar producer.
Construction Team
The Lost Sheep Mine, and its associated processing and production facilities are under construction and making huge progress!
Our valued team consists of construction and mining experts with decades of experience, as well as labourers, tradespeople and apprentices from the local town of Delta, Utah.
Management Team
James Walker
CEO
Mr. Walker has extensive experience in engineering and project management; particularly within mining engineering, mechanical engineering, construction, manufacturing, engineering design, infrastructure, safety management, and nuclear engineering.
James’ professional experience includes designing nuclear reactors, submarines, chemical plants, factories, mine processing facilities, infrastructure, automotive machinery, and testing rigs.
Mr. Walker holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, and Nuclear Engineering, as well as qualifications in Project Management and Accountancy. He is a Chartered Engineer with the IMechE, and registered as a Project Manager Professional with the APM.
Ms. Griffin is a Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience. Her sharp acumen has ensured non-dulitive funding and supported our path to profitability and EPS generation.
Mr. Li is a global fluorspar expert and major shareholder who continues to shape our strategy. His new venture with Mujim Group enhances our international partnerships, strengthening supply chains and market access.
Mr. Klaimanee has a proven track record in junior mining and the administrative and coordination expertise it entails. Tom supports our exploration and development initiatives.
