Invest in the USA's Only Fluorspar Operation

What is Fluorspar?

Fluorspar? That under-the-radar mineral everyone relies on without a clue.

It’s the trade name for fluorite (CaF₂), a calcium-fluorine duo that quietly keeps the modern world ticking. You’ll find it in steelworks, fridges, devices, nuclear plants, and even your EV’s battery.

Two main varieties:

Metallurgical grade (60–96% CaF₂): the rugged all-rounder.
Acid grade (+97%): the high-purity star.

Without fluorspar? Half the industrial chain would grind to a halt.

What are the Economics?

The USA is the largest importer of fluorspar, and fluorspar products in the world, however the USA currently produces no fluorspar. Demand for fluorspar products is forecast to grow exponentially.

China is the most dominant player in the fluorspar industry, owning  around 75% of the world's fluorspar market share. However, China's resources are effectively depleted, and they are now a net importer.

Excluding China, fluorspar producing countries include Mexico, Vietnam, South Africa, Mongolia with potential new sources including Pakistan and Canada.

What makes ARES a good investment?

EARLY STAGE
Significant progress has been made, and production is expected in Q1 2026, so there's still time to invest early, while the share price is relatively low.

LOW RISK

The Lost Sheep Mine project has already achieved 90% of its mapped milestones. To get to first revenues, the project only requires completion of the construction of its pre-fabricated lumps plant, which is underway.

HIGH UPSIDE

Projecting c.50-60K tonnes of fluorspar to be mined annually, and processed through two product lines (metspar and acidspar). Agreements are already in place with a Sales Agent for all metspar produced from the Lost Sheep Mine. There is also significant interest from the Department of Energy.

GOVERNMENT BACKED

Both US Federal and State governments have issued financing for the Lost Sheep Mine project.

INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS

Our relationship with Sorbie Bornholm shows high levels of strength and confidence in our Company, as they continue to supply non-dilutive financing and returns.

ADDITIONAL CRITICAL MINERALS FOUND

Two additional critical mineral deposits have been found at the Lost Sheep Mine - Gallium and Germanium - creating further exploration and mining opportunities.

Who is behind
ARES?

A team of dedicated fluorspar, mining, financial & engineering experts, led by CEO James Walker.

Financially backed by both US Federal & State Government.

Benefitting from the strategic advice of the Mujim Group, one of Asia's largest fluorspar producers.

Listed on the Canadian Stock Exchange, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the OTC.

What does ARES own?

THE LOST SHEEP MINE - 5,982 acres and 353 claims in Delta, Utah.

ALL PERMITTING RIGHTS - Fully permitted, including mining permits.

50-ACRE PROCESSING FACILITY - Situated in Delta, just miles from the mine.

LUMPS PLANT - Currently under construction.

FLOTATION PLANT - The only one of its kind in the USA, awaiting construction.

RAIL SPUR - Connected to Union Pacific Railroad mainline for shipping product.

HEAVY MACHINERY - Full range of loaders, dozers and excavators.

How far along is the Lost Sheep Mine?

ARES have reached the targeted mining depth required to extract fluorspar from the main orebody.

In October 2025, the secondary ventilation was completed, making the mine fully MSHA compliant. The drift has been fully excavated and is stock-piled ready for processing.

The mined product will provide feed for the lumps plant, which is currently under construction at ARES’ processing site. Production will get the company into its first revenues.

DISCLAIMER:
Companies typically rely on comprehensive feasibility reports on mineral reserve estimates to reduce the risks and uncertainties associated with a production decision. Historically, situations where the issuer decides to put a mineral project into production without first establishing mineral reserves supported by a technical report and completing a feasibility study have a higher risk of economic or technical failure, though some industrial mineral ventures are relatively simple operations with low levels of investment and risk, where the operating entity has determined that a formal prefeasibility or feasibility study in conformance with NI 43-101 and 43-101 CP is not required for a production decision.
